Thank you in advance for submitting your product to be evaluated by QVC. Before completing the QVC Product Information Sheets, please make sure to have read the information contained within the How to become a QVC Vendor section.

To have your product evaluated for possible airing on QVC, you must submit completed QVC Product Information Sheets with a photo or brochure of your product.

Print out completed QVC Product Submittal form, attach a color photo or brochure and mail it to:

Please do not send an actual product sample at this time. We apologize, but due to the volume of product submissions QVC will not return unsolicited samples submitted for evaluation.
